THE IMPORTANCE OF COACHING STRATEGIES IN SCHOOL MANAGEMENT

Abstract. The article examines the topic “The importance of coaching strategies in school management”. The positive effects of the application of coaching methods in the field of education in school administration and the teaching process were emphasized. Also, the article presents key ideas on how coaching strategies affect the personal development of students and the quality of education, in addition to developing leadership and management skills for school leaders and teachers.

Coaching methods help school leaders make more effective decisions, support teachers' professional development, and motivate students. The article draws attention to issues such as creating an environment of cooperation in schools with the application of coaching, revealing student potential and applying modern teaching methods. The article also presents the difficulties of coaching strategies in school management and the ways to solve these difficulties. The application of coaching methods in the educational system paves the way for more modern and effective approaches to school management, improves the quality of education and creates conditions for positive changes in the school environment.
