THE ISSUE OF MATHEMATICS TEACHER TRAINING AND
IKT
Abstract. The article discusses issues related to the
preparation of a mathematics teacher in higher education institutions. In order
to study and familiarize with the relevant methodology in foreign countries,
the results obtained by researchers Ersoy, Erbash, Dede, Akgün, Bray, Thomas,
Baskan, Barysh and others are presented. The article also shows the positive
aspects of the Singapore methodology, an analysis of the PİSA assessment
results.
It is known that the organization of the educational process in higher
education is a very complex process that should include the development of
students' cognitive activity and the synthesis of all the factors necessary for
the preparation of a highly qualified specialist. The educational process
should be organized in such a way that, in addition to satisfying the spiritual
and scientific needs of students participating in the audience, a comfortable
and optimal work process is provided for them. Such an atmosphere can be
organized using ICT tools, in particular the mathematical packages MathCad,
Mathematica, MatLab and Marle.
