TEACHER RESPONSIBILITY DURING PEDAGOGICAL WORK WITH CHILDREN WITH SPECIAL NEEDS
Abstract. In the modern education system, involving
children with disabilities in education and studying together with other
children contributes not only to their academic skills, but also to their
social and emotional development. In this process, managing the student body,
regulating relationships, as well as evaluating the educational results of
these children who require special care and approach, requires skills,
knowledge and responsibility from teachers. Of course, it is imperative that
educators are ready for this process first of all. The article analyzes the
skills that teachers should have when working with these children who need
special care and the points of responsibility they bear. The article is based
on the study of theoretical materials and may be of importance for those
conducting research in this field, pedagogical staff and teachers.
