STANDARDIZATION
OF BILINGUAL AND MULTILINGUAL EDUCATION AND THE ADOPTION OF AN APPROPRIATE
CONCEPT ARE NEEDED
Abstract.
The thoughts and arguments outlined in the article are based on the educational
realities of our country. The educational practice itself and the language
situation suggest the need for a comprehensive solution to the problem raised
here of applying a bilingual learning model, abandoning previous standards and
practices of language acquisition, as well as determining their status as
teaching languages in preschool, general education and higher education
institutions.
Based on our observations,
from the experience of neighboring countries, and an analysis of the
educational situation in classrooms with non-state languages of training, we
came to the conclusion that before switching to bilingual and multilingual
education in our republic, it is necessary to prepare 1) a legislative
framework; 2) an appropriate concept and standards of training; 3) curricula
and educational resources.
Keywords:
