OF PROFESSIONAL CHOICE IN ADOLESCENTS IN THE MODERN ERA
Abstract. The negative consequences of
socio-economic and political changes occurring in modern society greatly
aggravate the crisis phenomena of adolescence, actualize the need to activate
the internal psychological resources of adolescents, allow them to take a
subjective position in relation to external environmental influences when
making important decisions. Such decisions made in adolescence include, first
of all, decisions related to the choice of career and professional
self-realization. In the process of training and education, it is important
for a teenager to receive information about various professional spheres and
form an objective opinion for choosing a life and professional path. A teenager
should receive the necessary basic knowledge, information about various professions
and the needs of society from the educational environment in which he or she
finds himself, which will allow the teenager to make the right choice of
profession.
