DEVELOPMENT OF COMMUNICATIVE SKILLS IN FUTURE TEACHERS
Abstract. Education is a continuous process. The
development of future teachers towards the heights of professional excellence
is of particular importance. To achieve this, a university graduate must
possess not only professional skills, but also communicative competences, the
basics of which are formed at school and then developed at the university in
accordance with the student's professional orientation. The result of modern
education is acquired competences, that is, the desire, ability and readiness
of graduates to perform any professional duties. The acquisition of
communicative competence by a university graduate affects the strengthening of
his competitiveness in the labor market. The ability of a future specialist to
succeed, achieve career advancement, and take a worthy position in society in
accordance with his plans largely depends on the "level of
development of communicative competence".
