PEDAGOGICAL PROBLEMS OF PRIMARY SCHOOL TEACHER TRAINING FOR EDUCATIONAL ACTIVITIES

Abstract. The effectiveness of preparing a person for any work depends largely on the level of his readiness for this work and his strong character as a person. If there is a strong character and motives for readiness for activity, it becomes easier to organize the preparation process. In this case, preparation becomes a prerequisite for successful activity, as a prerequisite for long-term and certain structure of professional activity, as well as a positive attitude to educational activity, personal qualities corresponding to the requirements of professional activity, pedagogical abilities, motives for readiness for activity, as well as important knowledge, skills and habits.
