PSYCHOLOGICAL READINESS FEATURES OF STUDENTS IN THE PROCESS OF DEVELOPING SELF-DEFENSE SKILLS
Abstract. The article highlights that the issue of ensuring
children's safety has always been a concern for society. According to the
author, one of the most important solutions to this problem is to develop and
enhance students' self-defense skills. He emphasizes that students should learn
to assess situations without panic or confusion in extreme conditions. To
achieve this, coaches should first psychologically prepare students for
self-defense in every training session before moving on to practical techniques,
which can lead to better results.
The article examines the characteristics of students' psychological
readiness in the process of developing self-defense skills and provides
valuable recommendations.
