Abstract. The article, in the context of Bakhtiyar Vahabzadeh’s anniversary, provides a detailed analysis of the educational aspects of his work. The goal is to present the legacy of the great poet in the light of spiritual and educational values and to show how relevant his works are for today’s youth. It is noted that Bakhtiyar Vahabzadeh, an outstanding representative of modern Azerbaijani literature, has secured a firm place in the history of Azerbaijani literature with its ancient and rich traditions. The philosophical and poetic content of the master’s creativity has continuously played an important role in calling people to spiritual elevation, contributing to the strengthening of patriotic spirit in national poetry and enriching literary and social thought with ideas of independence. The article also emphasizes that respect for historical and cultural values and the preservation of the purity of the native language were among the main directions of Bakhtiyar Vahabzadeh’s activities.
