METHODS OF INFLUENCING COLLABORATIVE PEDAGOGY IN
BUILDING TEACHER-STUDENT RELATIONSHIPS IN THE LEARNING PROCESS
Abstract. The scientific article shows the directions of
influence of cooperative pedagogy on the formation of student personality. At the same time,
the author reveals the factors influencing the successful organization of
teacher-student cooperation, different methods of influence during the
application of the cooperative methodology, which has emerged as a new
direction in school pedagogy. The Student Team Learning (STL, team learning)
method developed by J. Hopkins, aimed at the formation of teacher-student
cooperation, its positive and negative sides, the team game method, another
approach to the organization of cooperative learning, cooperative learning, and
ways to use it are shown. At the same time, the stages that reveal the
possibilities of the influence of teacher-student cooperation on the
development of student abilities in the learning process and the directions of
implementing cooperation methods at these stages are shown. In this process,
the teacher's pedagogical mastery and group management characteristics are
shown as important factors.
