GEOGRAPHY
Abstract.
The formation of geographical concepts is an
important stage in organizing Students activities. Attention should be
paid to the development of the concepts of space and time, which occupy
a leading place in the content of the subject, across different grade
levels. The stages of teaching these concepts and the levels of their acquisition
are explained to support the development of geographical thinking. The article
examines the process of concept formation from the general to the individual.
