RELIEF OF ANXIETY IN PRIMARY SCHOOL CHILDREN IN THE PROCESS OF SELF-REGULATION
Abstract. The scientific article discusses ways to eliminate anxiety in younger
schoolchildren in the process of self-regulation. The article reflects various
approaches to the process of self-regulation, the views of educators and
psychologists. The author rightly notes that the process of self-regulation
develops in parallel with the individual development of a person. The article
explains the psychological characteristics of anxiety in the process of
self-regulation, especially emphasizing its manifestation in the form of a
psychological state. The relevance of the study is determined by the focus on
finding more effective methods for eliminating anxiety in the process of
self-regulation in younger schoolchildren.
