Abstract. The article tells about the life, scientific activity and creativity of Akhmed Garayev, a chemist at the Institute of Natural Resources of the Nakhchivan Branch of the National Academy of Sciences of Azerbaijan, his research work, studies, etc. At the same time, information is given about Akhmed Garayev’s research in the field of chemistry and the positive results achieved.
