Abstract. Nariman Hasanzadeh’s poem The Train presents a symbolic journey through the concept of time. The poem emphasizes the swift passage of life, using the image of a moving train to reflect human experiences. Hasanzadeh draws attention to how youth often take time for granted. Through rich metaphors, he urges the reader to appreciate every moment. The train becomes a metaphor for destiny that does not wait for anyone.
