LANGUAGE OF
SCIENTIFIC-PEDAGOGICAL WRITINGS: THEORETICAL AND PRACTICAL ASPECTS
Abstract.
Scientific-pedagogical
journals are of great importance in terms of disseminating scientific knowledge,
sharing pedagogical experiences and forming academic discourse. The language of
these journals is not only a means of transmitting information, but also a
discursive tool in which scientific thought, methodological approaches and the
author's position are expressed. The article analyzes the language of scientific-pedagogical
writings from a functional, stylistic and stylistic point of view, examines
existing problems and suggests ways to solve them. Although the study is based
on journals published in Azerbaijani, examples in English and Russian are also
considered through comparative analysis.
As a
result, it is determined that structural stability and scientific objectivity
exist as positive trends in Azerbaijani journals. However, there is still
potential for development in terms of terminological stability, syntactic
conciseness, accuracy of expression and methodological justification. In
particular, the passive expression of the author's position, the weak
construction of scientific argumentation, and the dominance of an emotional
style in some articles negatively affect the quality of scientific discourse.
The study
shows that the language of scientific and pedagogical writing should act not
only as a technical tool, but also as a pedagogical tool. Therefore, continuous
improvement in this area, the formation of terminological standards, and the
development of academic writing skills remain an important need.
