THE DYNAMICS OF
FAVOURABLE PRACTICE DEVELOPMENT IN THE EDUCATION SYSTEM
Abstract.
This
article addresses a highly topical issue – the dynamics of developing
favourable practices within the education system. The author observes that most
contemporary leaders of general education institutions place particular
emphasis on the quality of education in schools. However, it must be
acknowledged that ensuring this is no simple task. There are numerous factors
that hinder a successful teaching and educational process and significantly
affect its development, and addressing these factors is of paramount
importance.
Therefore,
in any society, matters of teaching and upbringing must be organised in line
with students’ interests. Failing to do so, particularly in an ever-changing
and globalising world, inevitably leads to emerging societal problems. The
author rightly points out that in general education schools, students’ individual
characteristics, capacities, skills and abilities must be taken into account,
and the differentiation of the educational process should remain a central
focus. Author believes that a competent
head of an educational institution must think strategically, make use of all
available means to convince the teaching staff, and, when needed, place trust
in and rely on their collective. Only under such conditions is it possible to
establish an effective teaching and educational process within the institution.
