THE ROLE OF THE SCHOOL ENVIRONMENT IN THE DEVELOPMENT OF STUDENTS' LEARNING ACTIVITIES
Abstract. In the globalized world, rapid changes are taking place in society,
human activities, relationships, lifestyles, and educational institutions. All
these processes are accompanied by new approaches and demands for learning
activities. In this regard, issues such as new approaches to the content of
education, modern teaching methods and technologies, and learning motivation
are being investigated, and research results are being put on the agenda.
Education and the attitude towards it are at the center of the radical changes
taking place in society. It is precisely motivation that motivates a person to
achieve the goal he sets for himself. In addition, the reason for any success
of a person does not depend only on his knowledge and skills, but also on the
person and his motives. An unmotivated person is lazy in doing something and
often fails to achieve the goal he sets for himself. In our opinion, the
stronger a person's motivation, the more successful his activity will be. All
kinds of teacher-student relationships are made more successful thanks to
motivation. If the teacher does not influence students, they will not be active
in learning, positive motives will not arise, and the student will not be able
to set a successful learning goal. The study of motives is a rather difficult
empirical task. If we want to improve the quality of education and training,
then solving this problem is essential.
