PEDAGOGICAL CONDITIONS FOR THE USE OF MULTIMEDIA TECHNOLOGIES IN THE PROCESS OF TEACHING FOREIGN LANGUAGES AT THE UNIVERSITY
Abstract. In the modern era, the technical and technological modernization of education requires the development of new scientific and methodological approaches to foreign language teaching. The pandemic has once again confirmed the relevance of transitioning to digital technologies. This research focuses on identifying the pedagogical conditions necessary for the effective integration of multimedia technologies in higher education. Its scientific novelty lies in the systematic analysis of pedagogical conditions–such as the learning environment, methods, and tools–that enable efficient use of multimedia. The findings show that these technologies enhance student motivation, communicative skills, and sociocultural competence. The theoretical significance of the study lies in the justification of approaches to the use of innovative technologies, while the practical significance is reflected in the development of methodological recommendations.
