FACTORS CONTRIBUTING TO THE LOW REPRESENTATION OF WOMEN IN LEADERSHIP POSITIONS AT AZERBAIJANI UNIVERSITIES
Abstract. The underrepresentation of women in academic leadership remains a pressing issue globally and in Azerbaijan. This study explores key factors limiting women’s advancement in Azerbaijani universities through a mixed-methods approach, including surveys and interviews with female academics and administrators.
