ORGANIZATION OF TRAINING IN HIGHER EDUCATION AND MODERN TRENDS IN EDUCATION

Abstract. The article raises the problem of the university's compliance with the requirements of the Bologna process, the need to increase the effectiveness of lectures and seminars at the university. The importance of the correct compilation of curricula and subject syllabuses. The use of methods that promote the development of students’ thinking activity, their involvement in the educational process and increase their interest in the subject being studied. Examples of tasks for group work are given, using Bloom's taxonomy, developing students' creative activity. The ways of interactive learning in a university are revealed using the example of teaching the subjects Pedagogy and Anthropology.
