THE IMPACT OF TEACHER MOTIVATON ON QUALITY EDUCATION

Abstract. In modern times, teacher motivation comes to the fore as one of the main factors affecting the quality of education. Especially in socio-economically backward regions, the desire, enthusiasm and commitment of the teacher to his profession play a decisive role in the successful implementation of the educational process. Since other educational supports are limited in such areas, the teacher becomes a kind of mainstay of the system. At the same time, global education systems are facing problems such as the rapid development of technologies and teacher shortage in the post-pandemic period. Against the background of these changes, increasing teacher motivation is an important issue not only for achieving success in the field of education, but also in terms of ensuring social justice and equal opportunities.
