STUDENT PERSONALITY AND ITS ALL-AROUND LEARNING

Abstract. According to the Development Concept of the Republic of Azerbaijan, one of the key conditions is the imparting to students of extensive, systematic, useful, and comprehensive knowledge and skills. Currently, it is necessary to develop infrastructure, educational institutions, and human resources. At higher education institutions, students are involved in lectures, seminars, and extracurricular activities to acquire the necessary knowledge and prepare them for their specialization. The level of education and development of young people depends on the degree of organization of these activities. First, the student body must be properly managed. Students must be treated with love and care.
