HARMFUL HABITS IN YOUNG SCHOOLCHILDREN, THEIR CONSEQUENCES AND WAYS TO ELIMINATE THEM
Abstract. Not all schoolchildren take
care of their health and become addicted to various harmful habits. Prevention
of bad habits should start from the family. Information about the consequences
of harmful habits should be provided in a correct and understandable manner in
the family and educational institutions. The work done to eliminate bad habits
should be regular, systematic and of a mass nature. The need for further
intensification of social awareness work on the harm caused by bad habits to
society and its members by taking advantage of the opportunities of modern
information technologies, and for continuous informing of the public about the
negative effects of bad habits on schoolchildren, is increasing day by day.
