THE ROLE OF THE TEACHER IN THE CLASSROOM MANAGEMENT

Abstract. This
article explores the pedagogical problems related to managing student groups,
analyzing the challenges, their underlying causes, and potential solutions. The
main aim of the study is to identify the key pedagogical issues faced by class
leaders in working with student groups and offer methodological recommendations
for effective management. The article emphasizes the importance of creating a
healthy psychological environment within the group, fostering mutual respect,
leadership, and a sense of responsibility among students.
