PEDAGOGICAL COMMUNITY: CONCEPTS, STRUCTURES, FUNCTIONS AND HIS ROLE IN THE EDUCATIONAL PROCESS
Abstract. In the article, the problem of the effectiveness of education is
considered from the point of view of the needs of modern higher education, the
content direction of ensuring constructive interaction between teachers and
students is considered. The essence of such concepts as pedagogical communication,
interaction and mutual understanding between students and teachers is revealed,
the classification of styles of pedagogical communication is presented, and the
literature on the problem is analyzed. The article also substantiates the
practical significance of using methods of forming pedagogical-student
relations and creating mutual understanding between teachers and students in
higher educational institutions. Based on the above, pedagogical principles and
methods aimed at developing constructive interaction between teachers and
students are summarized.
