THE ROLE OF DIGITAL TECHNOLOGIES AND DUAL EDUCATION MECHANISM IN THE DEVELOPMENT OF VOCATIONAL-ORIENTED CLASSES:
THE EXPERIENCE OF AZERBAIJANAbstract.
This article examines the role of digital technologies and the dual education
mechanism in the development of vocationally oriented classes. The study is
based on an analysis of international practices and pilot projects in
Azerbaijani schools. Findings indicate that blended learning, virtual
laboratories, dual education programs, and teacher training significantly
enhance students’ practical skills and labor market adaptability. The dual
education model ensures a balanced development of both theoretical and
practical competencies. The importance of teacher professional development
programs and collaboration with employers is also highlighted. The proposed
model improves the quality of vocational education in Azerbaijani schools,
increases student motivation, and ensures competitiveness in the labor market.
This approach is scientifically and practically justified and provides
directions for future research.
