INDIVIDUAL-PSYCHOLOGICAL
CHARACTERISTICS OF CADETS' ADAPTATION TO THE CONDITIONS OF TRAINING AT THE
POLICE ACADEMY
Abstract. The article examines the factors influencing an individual’s
adaptation to changing conditions. The moral and psychological climate within
the academy’s collective is identified as one of the most important conditions
for cadets’ adaptation to changing circumstances. Based on all these
considerations, it is necessary to take into account and develop the personal
qualities of cadets during their preparation for the police academy. As a
result, cadets who possess these abilities will be able to successfully adapt
to the new changing environment and easily overcome adaptation barriers.
