Akif Nuragha Abbasov

A KINDLY PERSON, EXPERIENCED TEACHER, TALENTED SCIENTIST

Abstract. Museyib Ibrahim Ilyasov was born on February 11, 1951, in the village of Oguldara to a family of teachers. He hails from a picturesque corner of Azerbaijan, the Lachin region. He received his secondary education in the village of Oguldara, his higher education at the Ganja State Pedagogical Institute, and his doctorate from the Azerbaijan State Pedagogical University. He worked as a teacher, deputy director of the village of Oguldara in the Lachin region, and lecturer and head of department at the Azerbaijan State Pedagogical University. He is a Doctor of Pedagogical Sciences, professor, and honored teacher. Museyib Ilyasov is 75 years old.
