MECHANISMS FOR OPTIMIZING FINANCIAL RESOURCE MANAGEMENT IN PEDAGOGICAL UNIVERSITIES OF AZERBAIJAN

Abstract. The article examines the importance of optimizing the management of financial resources in the sustainable development of pedagogical universities in Azerbaijan. Modern sources of financing, existing problems, and directions for improving financial management in higher education institutions of a pedagogical profile are analyzed. Special attention is paid to the rational use of budget funds, the expansion of extrabudgetary sources, and the introduction of digital technologies into the financial accounting and reporting system. It is concluded that the optimization of financial resource management is a key condition for the sustainable development of pedagogical universities, the improvement of educational programs, and the strengthening of the international competitiveness of the higher pedagogical education system.
