Reforms Implemented In the fIeld of preschool educatIon In AzerbaIjan
Abstract. The article examines the state educational
standard, which reflects uniform state requirements that have been in effect
for at least 5 years, as well as a number of reforms implemented in the field
of preschool education. It is noted that the state educational standard is a
set of general norms developed on the basis of scientific and pedagogical
principles in accordance with the needs of the individual, society and the
state. The state educational standard is determined based on tested progressive
criteria in the field of education, national and human values. The state
educational standard and the term of its validity are determined by the
relevant executive authority. The state educational standard determines the
content of education, organization, material-technical and educational base,
infrastructure, indicators of the quality of training of teaching staff, the
level of knowledge, skills and abilities of students at each level of
education.
