 Abstract. Pedagogical acmeology has an integrative character and is interconnected with many sciences. This science combines a number of principles and basic components of the teacher's professional development. The application of this science to ensure the quality of education and training of competent pedagogical personnel requires the formation of a creative culture of teachers, the creation of a psychological environment based on cooperation in education and humanism.
