TRAINING OF MILITARY-PEDAGOGICAL PERSONNEL
FOR AZERBAIJAN’S MILITARY EDUCATIONAL INSTITUTIONS
Abstract. The article systematically examines the current
challenges, status, and development prospects of pedagogical personnel training
in Azerbaijan's military educational institutions. The main objective of the
study is to analyze the integration of national and international experience in
officer-teacher training, taking into account the complexity of modern combat operations,
changes in the regional security environment, and the role of advanced
technologies. The article evaluates the theoretical and methodological
foundations of military pedagogy, the structure and functions of pedagogical
activity, the regulatory framework, the professional profile of pedagogical
personnel, and the effectiveness of teaching methods.
The study also
provides scientifically based methodological recommendations for
officer-teacher training through the integration of international experience
and digital learning technologies. The results of the research are of practical
importance for improving the quality of the military education process and
optimizing the combat readiness of the Armed Forces.
