THE ESSENCE OF PREPARING FUTURE EDUCATOR-TEACHERS FOR INCLUSIVE ACTIVITES
Abstract. The article explores the pedagogical essence of
preparing preschool teachers for inclusive activity and systematically analyzes
its social, psychological, and professional aspects. Preparation for inclusive
activity is not limited to theoretical knowledge; it also requires the
development of human qualities such as empathy, tolerance, cooperation, and
respect for diversity. The preparation of future preschool teachers in this
direction is presented as an integral part of their pedagogical competencies.
