PEDAGOGICAL
COMMUNICATION IN PRESCHOL EDUCATION AS A FACTOR IN IMPROVING THE QUALITY OF
EDUCATION
Abstract. This
article provides a scientific analysis of the essence of pedagogical
communication in preschool education, its psychological-pedagogical
foundations, and its multidimensional impact on the quality of the educational
process. The study examines the interaction between the communicative,
interactive, and perceptive components of pedagogical communication and the
developmental characteristics of preschool-aged children, highlighting the
mechanisms through which these components influence personality formation. The
findings reveal that pedagogical communication is not merely an exchange of
information but a complex process that stimulates emotional, social, and
cognitive development. Empathic teacher-child interaction, a positive emotional
environment, and the implementation of individual and differentiated approaches
significantly enhance the effectiveness of preschool instruction.
Results indicate that effective pedagogical communication contributes to
social-emotional well-being, increases children's self-confidence, initiative,
communication skills, and critical-cognitive activity.
