TO PREPARE PRIMARY TEACHERS TO PREVENT PEDAGOGICAL CONFLICT
Abstract. The article examines the scientific-theoretical
and practical aspects of preparing a primary school teacher for the correction
of pedagogical conflicts. Based on the approaches presented in scientific
sources in Russian, the essence of the teacher's conflictological training, its
main forms and methods are systematized. Taking into account the age,
individual and psychological characteristics of primary school students, it is
substantiated that the teacher's professional training plays a decisive role in
the effective resolution of conflicts. The teacher's communication culture,
psychological literacy and reflective skills are presented as the main
conditions for conflict management.
