ALİ TƏHSİLDƏ İNNOVASİYA VƏ SOSİAL DƏYİŞMƏ: SOSİAL-FƏLSƏFİ YANAŞMA

Abstract. In the modern era, higher education is not only an institution for knowledge transmission but also serves as a key driver of social change. This study examines the socio-philosophical essence of innovations in higher education and evaluates their impact on students’ social skills, critical thinking, and civic engagement. Empirical research was conducted at Baku Business University using surveys, interviews, and observation methods. The results indicate that digital learning platforms, project-based learning, co-creation, and participation in social projects significantly contribute to students’ development and strengthen the university’s social mission. Thus, innovations in higher education play a crucial role in the sustainable development of society from both theoretical and practical perspectives
