THE INFLUENCE OF CULTURAL AND HISTORICAL TRADITIONS
ON THE SOCIAL EDUCATION OF CHILDREN: JOINT WORK OF THE FAMILY AND KINDERGARTEN
Abstract. The article examines the issues
of cultural and historical traditions forming the basis of social education of
children in the Azerbaijani family, forming values such as respect for
elders, kinship ties, hospitality and patriotism from an early age. At the same
time, preschool institutions complement this process by developing
communication, sharing and collective behavior skills with peers, and
strengthening attachment to cultural heritage through national holidays and
folklore. The joint work of the family and kindergarten - parental
participation in events, regular meetings and harmony of values - leads to
the formation of these characteristics and emotional stability in the child.
This cooperation eliminates contradictions in the home and kindergarten
environments, increases children's self-confidence and sense of responsibility.
