ENHANCING FOREIGN LANGUAGE TEACHING
QUALITY THROUGH INNOVATIVE METHODS IN SPECIALIZED MILITARY EDUCATIONAL
INSTITUTIONS
Abstract. This study provides a comprehensive analysis of the integration
of innovative instructional methodologies into English language teaching within
Azerbaiajn’s specialized military educational institutions. The article
synthesizes the theoretical underpinnings and pedagogical value of task-based
learning, project-based learning, technology-enhanced instruction,
gamification, the flipped classroom approach, and Universal Design for
Learning, assessing their relevance and adaptability to the military education
context. Through the combined lens of didactic and psycholinguistic frameworks,
the study demonstrates that these approaches substantially strengthen learner
motivation, situational language performance, and higher-order communicative
skills.
