THEORETICAL, PEDAGOGICAL AND PRACTICAL FOUNDATIONS OF ENSURING QUALITY EDUCATION: STRATEGIES AND IMPLEMENTATION OPPPRTUNITIES
Abstract. The article examines the functions of
the school in terms of ensuring the quality of education in terms of the
challenges of the modern era, the issues of organizing the educational process
in accordance with modern requirements, eliminating negative factors, and
objective assessment of the activities of educational personnel and students'
achievements. Education is not limited only to the transfer of knowledge, but
is also a complex process that ensures intellectual, moral and social
development. Training methods and content should be improved based on modern
approaches, and pedagogical activity should be supported by strategic planning,
monitoring and management mechanisms. The reforms carried out in the
Azerbaijani education system are related to the country's socio-economic
development strategy and aim to raise a competitive, creative and highly
educated young generation. The importance of ensuring the quality of education
with a scientific, systematic and integrated approach is also emphasized.
Quality is not limited only to the assessment of learning outcomes, but also
includes the professional development of pedagogical staff, teaching methods,
management and efficient use of resources. Improving the quality of education
is possible through strategic planning, innovative approaches, and the
application of modern monitoring mechanisms, and the importance of scientific
and practical research in this area is particularly emphasized.
