PSYCHOLOGICAL HEALTH OF STUDENTS AND ISSUES OF INDIVIDUAL EDUCATION IN GENERAL EDUCATION SCHOOLS
Abstract. The study
fundamentally examines the implementation of the principles of humanization and
democratization in the education system of Azerbaijan within the context of
paradigm shifts during the period of independence. In the contemporary era,
education no longer serves solely as a means of knowledge transmission; it also
assumes the role of creating a supportive psychological ecosystem for
individual self-realization. The effectiveness of pedagogical activity is
determined by the extent to which teachers consider individual differences and
are able to communicate with each learner through their unique psychological
framework. One of the central aspects of the study is the investigation of the
roots of sociogenic aggression and deviant behavior emerging during
adolescence. The research proposes a strategic framework for modern educators
and psychologists, emphasizing the importance of maintaining a balance between
students’ intellectual development and their emotional and social well-being.
The early identification of “at-risk” children, the rehabilitation of their
potential, and their integration into society through inclusive approaches are
defined as key priorities of the educational process. A humanistic educational
environment is presented as the primary means of fostering not only academic
success but also morally sound and harmoniously developed individuals.
