THE ROLE OF INTEGRATIVE TEACHING OF AZERBAIJAN HISTORY WITH THE HISTORY OF OTHER TURKISH PEOPLES AND STATES IN HIGHER SCHOOLS IN THE FORMATION OF PERSONALITY

Abstract. The article examines the role of the integrated teaching of Azerbaijani history with the history of other Turkic peoples and states in higher education institutions in the formation of personality. In our modern era, one of the main goals of education is to educate independent and creatively thinking citizens and individuals. The role of the subject History of Azerbaijan taught in higher education institutions in the realization of this goal is great. Thus, the integrated teaching of Azerbaijani history with the history of other Turkic peoples and states helps students and young people to more deeply and comprehensively master the historical past, ethnic roots, national and spiritual values ​​of our people, which plays an important role in their formation as individuals.
