THE
PROBLEM OF FORMING HUMANISTIC VALUES IN TEACHER TRAINING
Abstract. The article analyzes
the problem of forming humanistic values in teacher training as a significant
and conceptually grounded direction in contemporary pedagogical theory and
practice. Within the framework of the humanization of education, teacher preparation
extends beyond the acquisition of professional knowledge and skills,
encompassing the development of ethical and moral qualities, social
responsibility, and a democratic pedagogical stance in prospective teachers.
The purpose of the study is to determine the
theoretical and methodological foundations for the formation of humanistic
values-such as humanism, tolerance, empathy, justice, and pedagogical
ethics-within the system of pedagogical education and to systematize the
mechanisms for their effective implementation. The research is based on
systemic, structural-functional, and comparative analytical approaches.
