SCIENTIFIC-PEDAGOGICAL FOUNDATIONS OF THE SYSTEM APPROACH IN TEACHER TRAINING
Absract. The article examines the scientific and pedagogical
foundations of the system approach in teacher training. The global changes
taking place in the education system in modern times necessitate the
application of new approaches in teacher training. The system approach
considers teacher training not as a set of separate elements, but as a single
and integrated structure that is interconnected. The article analyzes the
essence, basic principles and application possibilities of this approach in the
educational process. At the same time, the importance of the formation of a
teacher not only as a transmitter of knowledge, but also as an organizer,
researcher and developer is emphasized. The application of the system approach
serves to improve the quality of teacher training, more efficient organization
of pedagogical activity and the training of personnel in accordance with modern
educational requirements.
