THE ROLE OF THE TEACHER IN RESOLVING CONFLICT ISSUES AND EASING LEARNING SITUATIONS AMONG PRIMARY SCHOOL STUDENTS
Abstract. The article focuses on the teacher, presenting them as the key
figure in the educational process and the development of elementary school
students. A teacher is, first and foremost, a leader of a group of children and
a mentor to young people. The article outlines the key functions of the lesson
as the primary form of education. It then moves on to the teacher's fundamental
rights and responsibilities, which are directly implemented in conflict
prevention. The teacher's goal is to prevent conflicts from arising and, if
necessary, to avoid creating stressful situations.
