TEACHER’S
CONTRIBUTION TO TEACHING ADVANCED EXPERIENCE AND DEVELOPING THE YOUNGER
GENERATION
Abstract. Author emphasises that every
subject teacher must recognise the importance of students’ independent
preparation, creating conditions for it by explaining the paths to acquiring
knowledge. The core activity of
the teacher plays a crucial role in teaching advanced experience and its
dissemination. Advanced pedagogical experience is understood as teaching
experience that serves as a model for all members of the collective, as well as
the summarising, application, and spread of such experience. Experiments show
that summarising, applying, and spreading advanced experience in schools
directly depends on the teacher’s pedagogical skill. However, it is impossible
to find advanced pedagogical experience in ready-made form solely through
searches and observations; the appropriate conditions must be prepared and
organised in advance. Next, work must be done on progressive methods and
techniques, improving them and raising them to the level of advanced
experience. After this, the advanced experience should be disseminated. At the
end of the article, the author also notes that pedagogical activity forms
the basis forthedevelopment of adolescents and youth, as well as for teaching
advanced experience.
