Publication Ethics

The journal is committed to adhering the highest standards of publication ethics and takes all possible precautions against irresponsibility during publication. Authors, reviewers, and editors are required to adhere to establish ethical guidelines throughout the publication process.

Duties of Authors

Authors submitting manuscripts to the journal must ensure that:

  • The submitted article must be completely original.
  • The author must not submit an article that has been previously published or submitted to other journals at the same time.
  • All sources and citations used in the study must be properly cited.
  • The information provided must be accurate and correct - plagiarism and false information must not be allowed.
  • All individuals who have made significant contributions to the study must be listed as co-authors.

Duties of Reviewers

Journal reviewers are expected to adhere to the following ethical principles:

  • Evaluate manuscripts objectively and fairly.
  • Maintain confidentiality regarding submitted manuscripts.
  • Identify relevant published works not cited by authors.
  • Inform the editor of a potential conflict of interest.
  • Complete reviews within agreed deadlines, whenever possible.

Duties of the Editor-in-Chief and editorial staff

  • The Editor-in-Chief is responsible for making decisions on whether to publish or reject articles submitted to the journal.
  • The decision to publish should be based solely on the academic merits of the manuscripts.
  • The Editor-in-Chief should evaluate submitted manuscripts solely on their academic merits and make an objective decision without discrimination based on the race, gender, religious beliefs, nationality, ethnicity, social or political views of the author(s).
  • Ensuring a fair and impartial review process.
  • Protecting the confidentiality of submitted manuscripts.
  • Taking appropriate measures to resolve ethical issues and allegations of misconduct.

Academic Integrity

The journal does not accept plagiarism, reprinting, fabrication, falsification of data, or any other form of academic misconduct. The editorial board reserves the right to reject, edit, retract, or delete articles if ethical violations are discovered before or after publication.

Conflicts of Interest

Authors, reviewers, and editors must disclose any financial, institutional, or personal relationships that may influence the evaluation or publication of the manuscript.

Corrections and Retractions

If significant errors or ethical issues are discovered in published articles, the journal must take appropriate action, including necessary corrections or retractions.

Copyright and Open Access

The journal provides open access to its content in accordance with its publication policy. Authors are responsible for the content of their published works.
