REQUIREMENTS
FOR SUBMITTED ARTICLES
1. Submitted articles should not be published or accepted
for publication in other editions.
2. Articles should reflect the results of recent
research, be rich in new ideas and they must comply with the requirements for
writing scientific articles.
3. The
opinions reflected in the articles should belong to the authors. The used photo
materials must be taken from open sources. Ensuring compliance with
anti-plagiarism and other research ethics requirements is the responsibility of
the article authors.
4. When the facts of plagiarism are discovered, the
publication of the article is stopped.
5. Submitted
articles must include the ORCID of the authors.
6. The text of the article should be about 6-8 pages.
Keywords for the article should be presented in three languages: Azerbaijani,
Russian and English.
7. The text of the article should be presented on the
flash card together with the electronic version, with an interval of 1.5; 14
point Times New Roman font - Latin alphabet in Azerbaijani, Cyrillic in
Russian, and English alphabet (USA) in English.
8. Articles are published in one of three languages -
Azerbaijani, Russian and English. A summary of the article is provided in 3
languages (Azerbaijani, Russian and English). The article should reflect the
main scientific provisions presented in the summary, the conclusions drawn from
the study, the theoretical and practical significance of the problem should be
presented. The article must be prepared in A4 format, the page
margins must be defined as follows: left margin – 3 cm, right margin – 1.5 cm,
top and bottom margins – 2 cm each.
9. The article is written in the following order: on the
first line the name, surname and patronymic of the author (s); the second line
contains the academic degree and academic title (doctoral student or candidate
for a degree, etc.); the third line indicates the place of work, position; the
fourth line represents the title of the article in capital letters. Then in
this order the same information is repeated in Russian and English.
10. It is undesirable to have more than three co-authors.
11. The Editorial Board has the right to make changes and
reductions in the article.
12. Two expert reviews should be provided together with
the article: heads of department or chair, as well as extract from the protocol
of Academic Council of the higher school and the Pedagogical Council of general
or secondary special education institutions.
13. The authors of the article are responsible for the
accuracy of the facts and information provided in the article. The proposed
scientific provisions should belong to the author and the source of used theoretical
ideas must be indicated.
14. The articles should refer to works published in the
last 5-10 years. The list of references given at the end of the article should
not be numbered in alphabetical order, but in the order in which the indicated
literature appears in the text, for example [1] or [1, p. 119]. If the same
literature is repeated elsewhere in the text, then the same literature should
be indicated under the previous number.
15. The journal publishes articles related to its profile.
16. At the end of a scientific article, the relevance
should be justified according to the nature of the article and the area of
science, scientific novelty, importance of its application, economic
efficiency, etc. should be clearly indicated.
17. Then a list of references is provided.
18. The rights of the authors of the article are
protected.
19. The journal does not publish a series of articles
under the heading “continued in the next issue”.
20. Summary of articles in different languages should be
the same and consistent with the content of the article.
21. In
the presented articles, references to articles published in individual issues
of journals included in the Scopus and Web of Science database, as well as in
various issues of the Institute of Education of the Republic of Azerbaijan's
scientific papers, are important.
22. At the end of the article the name, patronymic and
last name of the reviewers, their academic degree and academic title should be
indicated; the next line should contain the email address of the author of the
article.
23. The following information about the author is added to
the article: name, surname, patronymic of the author (authors), the institution
where he works (doctoral student or candidate for a degree), address of the
institution, position, academic degree and the title of the author (s), home
and work phones, home address, email address.
